17 days in flower no sign of sex. help would be nice.

Too blurry to see, take better pictures and focus on the internodes looking down the leaf into the armpit. Never seen males that tended to only show sex late. Are you using veg or bloom ferts and what kind of lights are you using and what colour/temp kelvin are they ?
