You may want to entertain bringing in some large investors with financial and business knowledge. Not saying you are not qualified for the position I just think the right partners dedicated to the right things will help you succeed... Sometimes its better to have a percentage of something rather than 100% of nothing. We are in the process of building a warehouse and the expenses on paper alone are astronomical. I wish you all the best...

I would say budget ballasts (check for RF noise, am radio, before mass ordering, digitals should cost a bit less in power) bare bulb vert dangle (to save money and time), Insulation, fans and big ass fucking industrial A/C's, budget should be well off fucked by this point, and you'll need more money for all the timers, light sealing, separation, pots, soil, nutes, meters. 1000 vs 600, Well, That's your choice. 600 will not run the risk of crazy messed up burns quite as bad if your not paying attention for a little and dont adjust the shit.

Forget what they all tell you.. Look into Induction lighting. you will find out that the technology in it is far superior to any HPS CFL MH Plasma. Or simply harnessing the sunlight using 3000 year old technology is even better.

Induction lighting is very nice but its a lot more expensive but if $ isnt an issue then grab some sulphur plasma lights think there are coming down to like $900 each now

Save money on timers by using the old 'wrist watch and manual switch' technique. About 100 times. Twice a day. For ever. :/

For equipment alone, you should be estimating something on the order of magnitude of $1500-2500 per 1000W light you are installing. And that does NOT include necessary electrical upgrades and other general construction and remodeling of the space.
