I agree....I have heard people refer to this as light saturation

If using low wattage lights (such as CFL), then 24-0 works perfectly fine...especially if your environment goes cold during lights out

If using high wattage lights (such as HPS) then 24-0 can over saturate the plants, as such a 16-8, 18-6 or 20-4 may be better
