Actually had been using 15/9 with a 90min ramp up and down at the start and end of the day.
Began doing it so could use a day shift tent and a night shift tent off the same breaker. The ramp up and down overlapped while full power was staggered 12 hrs opposite each other.
No breaker overload.
Compensated time loss by increasing light intensity for the main 12hrs.
It helped having the lights on movers.
Actually ended up with an increase in yield for my set up.
Flip side to that coin was that it also increased yield of the photos.
Probably got lucky with finding the sweet spot of the lights' elevation with time on.
Wish I had an apogee light meter.
