190w for 2 plants

hey was up is 190 cfl watts enough for 2 plants??there in a small cabinet

I would say so. If you are using that many watts maybe you should look into getting a 250w HPS, much better results. I started with a 250w HPS and got nice nugs.

do you think i would be able to fit a hps in there and if so would the heat be bad??

That's too small an area for a 250 HPS. Stay CFL in that until you get larger space. I like to have 4 to 5 foot height to play with when using even small 250s.

alright..there are also some light leaks as you can see in the picture in my cabinet but im not even sure if the light gets in because my room is pretty dark..
