Hi room,
Sorry they're not pics of giant beautiful plants, but they might as well be. I feel so stoked to have these awesome plants coming out of my tray.
I think I'm doing ok. I'm running a heat mat under my tray and lights on for 18 hrs giving my seeds a temp range of 76 to 83 degrees. I have co2 running pretty low right now timed with the lights. These White Widow sprouts are about 52 hours old and are currently standing tall and proud.
I plan to leave the dome on until my roots break through. The only question I'm having right now is what do I do with nutes while germinating? My mentor gave me some vitamin B...stuff that I added a few drops to the half gallon in my germination tray res. Beyond that, I have no idea what nutes if any to use at this stage. I have also been removing the dome 2 to 3 times a day to mist them.
Please comment on my cabinet and setup which is a hybrid (fog, bubble, aero) 6 site made completely from hollow core doors.
I have no controllers. I check temps with an I.R. thermometer, and the simplest kits for testing co2 and ph. It's only a 6 site farm and I'm enjoying giving it my attention.
Regards,
