Thanks.. will do. I gotta question. Take a look at my plant... do you see all those giant fan leaves?? Should I be trimming those or tying them down or something... they might be gettin in the way of the light trying to penetrate the plant... sirsativa is suggesting I tie them down but Im not too sure... They are Ridiculous in size compared to the rest of the plant...
Should I be trimming? It just looks a little crazy so Im not sure what I should be doing...

Personally, I would definitely trim. Its healthier for the plant and helps you develop the shape you want. Just make sure not snip any that might produce more nodes. You're probably gonna wanna keep those.

Yea, I'd hold off on the trimming, until you can really tell that certain parts of the plant aren't getting light because the fan leaves are in the way, you can chop off a pair or two, but make sure you dont chop any of the nodes that have growth calyx's (y splits)

srry i meant top if you hadnt started flowering not start flowering, heh. yea with mine i just tied the big leaves down by wrapping string around them and taping it to the AG base. that way the plant bushes out and the light will penetrate down further. all the new growth you seem will come much faster and bigger if it has more light all up in its shizz. i dunno, worked for me :leaf:

So far so good man... shes growin pretty fast.. real bushy. Drinkin water like crazy.. I add a 1/2 gallon every 3 days or so...But I flush it out regardless once a week.. I'll update some pix on Friday or Saturday. How's it hangin' on your end.:wall:

If you can't buy spring water and have to you a declorinizer make sure there is not a ph balancer in the stuff too. I got this stuff called prime which works wonders in aquariums but is like poison in the aerogarden. I may have just as well pissed in the reseviour. It balanced out even with an AG growing nute in there. Make sure to get something that ONLY declorinates water. Besides that I will be no help...hahahaha, I can't even grow a herpe bump right!

Yo MrAlex,
Do you know what strain your seeds were? My plant looks almost identical and I got mine from bag seeds almost two or three years ago.. I've been sitting on them FOREVER and just finally planted them. I'm having awesome success with just one of the plants though... Hope your grow is still going strong man!

I have no clue... its from bagseeds... It think it was from some really good skunky I smoked....

:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:Ok its been FOUR weeks since I planted the germed seed into my AeroGarden. I haven't had to do much other then to add water more frequently (about 1/2 gal. every 3 days or so). Today, I flushed out the rez and actually took the plant out and rinsed the base real good. I tried to do it as fast as possible, hopefully it didn't hurt the plant too badly. I'ts growing really bushy and only minor discoloration (old bottom fan leaves mostly). This was only supposed to be like a tester plant since I didn't know what the fuck I was doing, but it's going REALLY good. I hope its a female... Any hoot... here are the latest pix.. ENJOY! :leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:

Yeah... i think I'm going to wait it out 1 more week... it will give me time to go buy the bulbs and a couple more y-splitters...... I'll keep you guys posted....

Good lord she's a beast! What the hell are you feeding her? Do you keep fans blowin on her and if so for how long? Whatever the hell it is you're doin, im bouts to do that shit too lol!

lol.... just stock AG nutes and the fan is blowin at all times.... not directly at the plant... it blows back and forth so it hits the plant sometimes... I think the fan def helped the plant grow strong... all good for now.

no clue... I figure its from some good skunky...


anywayz I think I'm going to start flowering this weekend.. Just went to Home Depot and bought 4 150w equivs, 2,600 Lumens Each!! They are fuckin HUGE compared to my daylight CFLs... They were like $9.50 a pop but should be good.. I might buy 4 more but I wanna see how much these huge fuckers heat up the room... plus I couldnt see myself droppin 80 bux on bulbs...
