Hi all
I am very new to this and this is my first ever grow i have had problems throughout this grow and still having major issues twisted growth and funny little claw like growth on bottom if stem she is still growing but not much i changed to 12/12 yesterday as she is growing some white pistols from different parts of plant but stalks are twisty and gnarly looking. Iwas given seed from my sister who bought from Amsterdam. I am only growing the one plant in a small 1ft ×1ft sealed cupboard.
The grow light details:
Single head Grow Light Specifications:

I was only watering with water until about a few weeks ago but now i am using this:
Maxicrop Original Seaweed Extract - Natural Fertiliser - 1 Litre. I use 5ml per litre of water i am currently only watering when soil feels dry at top when i do water it takes 2 full pumps of spraying for water to run out bottom.
I have an oscillating fan on most of the day however i do turn this off for a few hours at night i am not using any extraction as only 1 plant and i just open cupboard door during the day and open a near by window to allow fresh air in and stale air out.
I am getting day Temps between 22 - 26 and humidity is around 47 to 50% dark Temp is usually around 18 and humidity sits at around 41 in dark conditions. I am using extra lights in grow cupboard as temp was not sufficient with just the one grow light however i dont point these extra lights directly at plant but towards white walls which light bounces off this is to raise temperture to required level.
I don’t have a humidifier or dehumidifier if humidity needs raised i use dump sponge or damp clothes near heat source.
Please could someone help me as i feel defeated with my first attempt and need advice on wether i should give up on this grow i have gained all info on growing from this site and queen if seeds so i am really a beginner in all this i will share some pics.

Where did you get your seed from? The plant has some odd growth patterns, but that could be caused by low light levels, which appears to be a glaring issue as well.

How much more light would you recommend? I got seed from Amsterdam it was 3 feminised seeds which my sister brought back with her and gave me oneto grow. Any ideas on how to make my plant grow in a normal way again and do you think it looks like pre flowers? Alot of questions i know im very new at all this. Thanks

Your plant actually doesn't look bad. But next time, skip the collage thing and just post some simple pics where we can actually see the plant in detail. Also, under natural light.

I agree that the glaring issue is the lack of light. How big of a grow space do you have?

For LED you'd want 50 to 100 true watts. It can be tough to light a space that size. If your handy a good array of CFLs isn't a bad option either.
This is only really true if you are running cheap and inefficient LEDs. If you are running higher quality LEDs, like LM561C or LM301B/LM301H, then you really only need 32W-40W per square foot.

Yeah, I know, but I don't know of any high quality LED that's only 40w so I gave him the range he may actually find a light for.

Sorry for the improper pronouns!

And yeah, lighting is more about the area your covering than the number of plants. Like @TreeFarmerCharlie said you really need about 35w for your area of good, high quality LEDs but I have no idea where to get a light that size. Around 60w is the smallest I know of off the top of my head.

Those cheap purple LED bulbs from Home Depot and such are not high quality, and you would need a dozen of them to get any kind of yield, and it would probably still be some pretty larfy stuff

Ok so basically i won't get a good yield? Do you think she will yield anything worth smoking at the end of this with the light i have? but until i find a light suitable i have put two other one is a 40w golf ball bulb but this was mainly to raise room temp and also using the only other light i have availble which is only a 2w cfl light will these help or hinder? And then the grow light which i bought off ebay. Im just feeling frustrated as i want to do the best for my little lady she is smelling lovely today.

You'll definitely get some bud off her. Don't get discouraged! But ya, your yield won't be very good with so little light. Those other lights won't hurt but they won't do much either. What light did you get off eBay? If you can't get anymore lights I'd definitely consider switching to flower sooner rather than later.

The highlighted specification is the important one and you need 10 times that wattage to flower a plant that only takes up 1 square foot of space.
