you have to control the room temp. if the room temp is 75, then the water temp will be fine, probably around 65 if you keep the water dark

Ok then i don't have to worry for water temp. you said 3 fan will make 75 in closet

they have 250, 400, 600, and 1000 watt systems. i would get 400 because you can find 400 for the price of 250s. way better for flowering. plants love them

No i found this bulb website ( my counrty) it says 400w T type lamp 4000K. its 15 bucks

this one is 400w , 5000k , 38 bucks
