1st CoCo grow ever idea

So I planned to turn an old dresser into a grow box and I was wondering if I could get some advice, so the idea. (Low budget)

4 corsair sp120 fans (intake + exhaust)
Some cfl lights some for veg an a higher strength for flowering
3 gal pots from veg to harvest
CoCo + perlite mix
And a trio nute with calmag maybe

If I order coco bricks how do I get them ready for planting, do I just soak and rinse in water?

So I'm not sure how to germ if Im using coco, should I germ in paper towel then put mix into a cup for about a week er 2 then transfer to 3 gal pot?

Would the fans keep the box temp in preferred range? Where should I put the carbon filter I planned to build myself?

Should I go with setup, a or b

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

seems too small to me to grow much of anything. your pots are going to take up 1/3, the lights 1/3 and your plants will have to be tiny.

i would buy a tent for your real grow and use the dresser for starting seeds/clones.

See i only planned to grow up to 2 plants at a time in the space BECAUSE Im not able to buy a $200 tent er anything I just want to get a good QP every harvest, and I planned on using cfl lights some they might not takeep as much room, the top was going to be used to house all the electric components

A Qp of two plants in that space with only CFL???
