I really hope you didn't wet trim and also cut off full branches to hang and not individual nugs
Only took off big fans and maybe a slight trim here and there with full branches hung.

Fuckin' a, right. Good deal, buddy. You'll have some good smoke soon. That slow dry is so important. Also, once it's dry, leave all the leaves and shit on and just buck it down to smaller more manageable sized branches you can fit in a 5gal bucket you can throw a lid on. Trim as you need it. Helps a LOT with keeping your stuff smelling good as its ready to smoke when you trim right before. Oils come out on to the nugs from the trimming and freshen it right up.
I just ordered some 5gal buckets with gamma lids.. I'm thinking a 10 day dry on day 8 for plant 1.

Ooohhh snap on lids do fine but gamma deals are heavy duty legit. Fuckin air tight.
Once the stem snaps crisply on the larger buds and either snaps or almost snaps on the smallest of buds, it's time to put in to buckets. You'll get a much much better cure if you leave branches on like I said. Don't buck down to single nugs.

And burp a couple times a day for the 1st couple weeks?

No. Once they get to the point of snapping like I said, maybe burp them once every other day for the first week. But you can smoke once they're ready for the bucket.
