My 1st grow guys!!
Yay i finally plucked up the courage and ordered my light, Sylstar 110w Led, 5 gal fabric pots, Canna terra professional plus soil and some canna vega nutes, im picking up a 3x3 tent in 2 weeks, terra flores, scrog net, and a few other bits and bobs, ive researched how to grow cannabis for months and im finally doing it, feels very surreal at the moment,and im very very excited, as you all can probably imagine haha.
My seeds are from @dankgroweruk on Instagram, he sent me 10, female pink lemonade Photoperiods for free, what a legend!!
Edit: ive also been sponsored by www.2fast4buds.com and they're sending over some premium autoflowers, Gorilla cookies, GSC and Wedding cheesecake, cant wait to grow them all haha, so expect to see them all in the future, ive got to get through this project 1st tho
So i placed 2 seeds in water on 6th june 21, waited 6 hours and 1 sank, so i placed her in tissue over night, the next day a 1cm taproot appeared on her, the other seed that was in water sank also, so i set up my new light, in my 2x2 cupboard, put some soil into a McDonald's cup and a pot noodle tub and planted my ladies, wet them with tap water placed bags over them both for 24hrs until they breached the surface and gave them 18/6 light hours, over the next few days i just kept checking on them, they are getting bigger, removed the seed husk from both ladies leaves, (found the seed in the soil on day 7!! Perfectly intact refer to pictures) and opened windows in home to cycle fresh air, also have a mini fan pointed at the wall, inside the 2x2 cupboard, its day 10 today and they've started growing their third sets of leaves, all im doing is spraying tap water when dry, cycling the air, and sticking to the light cycles, i feel happy, i know i could do thinggs better but money has been tight and tying to convince the girlfriend that i need all the extra stuff has been challenging aswell lol, anyway ill post some pictures of my ladies and my set-up, remember, tent in 2 weeks, this is just to start them off, if i didnt just do it and start them off i probbaly wouldn't have ever got around to growing, i could have researched for ever,but the best research and the best training is the hands on approach, ill learn alot more jumping in head first than watching lots of YouTube videos, and dont get me wrong, all the info and entertainment out there is all great, but we all have to start somewhere ourselves, the best thing to do if your thinking about growing yourself? Just do it! do some research then just jump in head first, you'll land on your feet eventually trust me! I know im just a novice, newb or watever but very im passionate about this Plant! Anyway... im stoned and babbling now LMAO, ill post some pictures from my 1st 10 days, any comments? feel free to post them, happy growing
