1st grow, AK47 AUTO.should I start nutrients?

Hay there ppl im a newbie and i would like a little help.. i have a AK47 auto that is co.ing up to 2 weeks now and I would like to know if I should start with nutrients and also if you tho k all is looking well? Looking healthy any way; Autos don’t need lots of nutes.

What soil ur using?
