It really is. 150w for $140. May not be the best light out there. But it gets the job done hands down. I’m about to attempt mainlining this week. It will be in my thread.
1st grow can someone give me some advice

Right now I am torn between getting another SF2000 or going with a Mars Hydro TSL 2000.

I’d stick to the spider farmers for one reason.. even Par. I like the multiple fixture idea all together. Being able to have different strains in the same tent.. lights can be adjusted individually according to stretch.

If it's worth anything I would take the SF over the Mars. They seem much better built. I don't grow with either but SF was what I was leaning towards for an out of the box light. Hydrokid grows with them both so if he suggest SF I would go that way. He has actually used both.
Edit: Ok so Padawan just mentioned HLG, I am a big fan and use them myself. Either way I am sure you will be happy. HLG is having a sale right now. I wish I could have more than 4 plants, lol.

They're both made at the same factory, but the Spider Farmer uses better parts than the Mars.

Yes. Mars seems to be the poor cousin to SF. I have seen good weed grown with both but if I had to pick I would go SF. Well I would go HLG but if I could only pick from the 2 it would be SF.

Ya, seriously though. I have 2 HLG 260 V1's in 3000k still in boxes. One is built, the other I haven't even opened. I also have a couple CMH's that aren't turned on now, but are in my flower closet, and an extra HLG 100 in another box.Damn light junkie
Be careful. A light addiction can be just as bad as a seed addiction, lol.

Why is the cfl light then regular bulbs and you think if I add one of the cfl light it would help some

Honestly im using the Mars Hydro ts1000w, its amazing for the PPM. It does get warm in my 2x2x6 but with several fans , great air circulation, keeps it @ 77* day, 71* night and humidity based on my plants week of growth. but i dont hit my plants with direct wind either (Mine hated it, leaves wilted) My plants hate excessive nutrients too, i use the fox farm trio. Just PH down my tap water to 6.2 and water when needed. Perlite/soil is 40/60 or 50/50 , i like it airy, using organic Natures crap soil but its working lol. The Mars Hydro ts1000 is awesome for 140 bucks, can get through all stages . this is me today, sry for the blurple . Im testing a Mars Hydro ts1000 & a cheap 70$ blurple off Amazon together during flower. Beginning of Week 8 flower on the 23rd Nov. This my first grow and im lovin it. Labor of love, happy growing y'all

Looks really good all I’m using is 2 45 watts and those 2 cfl lights I added today and it still only the 8th week from seed I transplant it into happy frog soil and giving it 6.5 ph water and using miracle grow organic plant food like I wish mine looked as perfect as y’all’s but hopefully next grow I have a better idea on my mistakes and learn from themHonestly im using the Mars Hydro ts1000w, its amazing for the PPM.
