So I'm wondering if I should still give a bloom regimen to my ladies even though they're in super soil... or should I simply provide macros as needed if it looks like they are showing a deficiency?

Yea that's the old way of rooting cuttings but it sure didn't take long, that's good news.
You have a female for definite, you be one happy guy some good shit happing for you
Is it a good sign as far as plant health when they show sex the first day? Also, does it indicate anything about potential bud production?
Educate me ... but I thought one didnt need nutes in super soil ? Could you give a link to what you are using, for my reference ?

TM - no, you're right. Typically you don't but I was just asking cause of the stunt they had from being pot bound. I'm growing in TGA organic (cold) as my buffer soil and TGA super soil on bottom third.

Ok so I'm not going to be feeding I Abby bloom nutes, but will be feeding the plants some superthrive, cal-mag+, and some mad farmers b1. The cal-mag+ will give them some N (a slight amount) hopefully enough to help with some of the yellowing leaves from the previous lock out due to being pot bound, and give them some mag (obviously) which i think they need at the moment.

Made myself a couple little 10 site bubble cloners today 
Cuttings well be taken at 7PM tonight. The holland's hope mishap "clone" is shown in the cloner.

Took a few pictures of my girls last night (or this morning depending on when you normally go to bed, haha) enjoy!

The rest are of one of my Ice plants (Ice #1), all of these are the same plant...
This 1st image is before I "detarded" it (which left it pretty much a twig with a few leaves)
After "detarding"
Here is the retarded growth that was cut off
And here she is now... Ironically, this girl is the heartiest of the three Ice plants I have growing.
