Thanks for the kind words and for following along everyone.
Yesterday I decided to cut the crop down. I know some of you will say it looked great and that I'm retarded for doing it, but.......
The fact is I want to grow good weed and nothing else. I was seeing more seeds forming on all the plants daily and I hadn't seen any growth in almost two weeks. I have no interest in growing anything but sinsemilla. Was also not to keen on running lights for three more weeks on plants that aren't going to produce what I want.
I'm still trying to figure out how they went hermie in the first place. My best guess is a light leak, like a few of you have suggested. I got in the cab and did infact see a few good size light leaks, which the mylar intensified. But still I'm stumped because I thought a clone that came from a female was a female no matter what.
I figured I wouldn't waste any electricity and just throw in the plants I have had in veg for three weeks. They looked about ready to go anyway.
So please continue to check in on me while I start this second grow. G-13 Haze x3 and Purple Urkel Kush x3.
Here are some photos from the premature harvest. The undried net weight was 24 ounces(a few ounces of that is stem I know). So by the time they dry I'll be looking at about 6 ounces....is that about right?

ah man, sorry to hear that! those def look premature, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!! hope the new project goes better...i'll be chopping in a couple days, i'm starting to see more amber trichomes.

i still dont understand this light leak your talking about ......light escaping out from the room ?? or other light coming in the room ?? or light when dark period ?? just trying to figure it out

About light leaks, just wanted to relate something I've read on her, and can't say where, but it said that the light can be equal to what moonlight would be. Just my two cents. Really nice grow and sorry about the hermies, I can tell you'll really improve on the next grow. Thanks!

6 oz of premie can hold you over till you get some good sensimillia....
first grow always has problems, you did good making it that far - and getting some smokeable bud out of it... many are not so lucky.
gotta fix those light leaks... that is essential

i've never really understood the whole light leaks makes hermies thing??! is that a proven fact?? cause what about plants in nature, there's light leaks from a little thing called the moon...i'm not too sure bout this, just my two cents...peace guys

yeah - light leaks make hermies... and if they are bad enough, they will prevent flowering all together.
one of the ways you can force a female to produce pollen sacks (to create female seeds) is to use "light poisoning" by turning the lights on at random intervals during their dark cycle.
they get cranky if they dont get their full 12 hrs of sleep, in total darkness.

that makes sense to me, but what about the moonlight in nature!? the moon gets really bright sometimes.

But the moon is an "equal array of light" mate as in it's focused on the plant as a whole (similar to supplementing your dark cycles with green hued bulbs). However if only a small percentage of the buds are being lit, the plant is stressed because of the mixed signals. Hope I could clear that up for you

Thanks BloodShot, KushCanuk. Finally explanations that make sense to me. I kind of figured light leaks might not be that important, because like Kindnugs said the moon doesn't affect plants. But the equal array of light thing definetly makes sense.
I got in the cab and identified the leaks and sealed it all up with black silicone.
I'm sure that was the problem, everything else was near perfect, except the humidity.
