The natural sugars in molasses are great nutrients for the micro-organisms living in the medium. Feeding those organisms and keeping them healthy and happy is the best way to keep your plant growing to the best of its ability.from what ive read coco turns the root zone into a living bio-mass...no need for coco nutes..this rasta farmer i know locally swears by coco hes been makin his own from his cocnut tree for years..he said to feed normally but add molasses to feed the bio-mass..i guess the lil enzymes abd shit love to eat molases...
ive already been adding molasses so im good to go
Reason: The micro-organisms that are living in the medium is what helps break down the nutrients you are feeding your plant into usable, refined nutrients (much like the ones we use in hydro).
