Yes, for another month or so.i need to practice patience?
Thanks, i think im overthinking it. The trichomes all look cloudy (to me) and im thinking i should be harvesting soon, but i know it hasnt been long enough.Yes, for another month or so.
Looks really good btw.
Don't even bother looking at the trichs until most of the hairs have turned red & shriveled and the calyxes have swollen.trichomes all look cloudy
Thanks for the advice!Definitely not ready but they look great. When you do check trichomes look at the ones on the calyx not the sugar leaves. The calyx will swell and the pistils will recede and turn red. When you say they’ve stopped you’re right. They grow “up” during the stretch then they grow out and get fat. Again they look super.
Thanks, i was getting kinda nervous when they kinda stopped growing. But now that i think about it, they have gotten a little taller. I didnt plant my clones outdoors till the 2nd week of june, which was about a month late. I got 6 (Death Star?) plants too but they have VERY small buds on them as of now. Nothing like these 6.Agree you need 3-4 weeks... You will be surprised how much weight they will gain imo...

Yes, 60x loupe. The DS plants might be a wash. They have ALOT of very small buds on all 6 plantsPlants look great. Are you looking at the trichomes through a magnifier, it's the only way to see. They appear white to the naked eye but it's just the light shimmering on them. My cheese plants look like yours do, they have a few weeks left before harvest.
Yeah once they stop getting taller, they should just start getting fatter... it's less obvious but it will happen...Thanks, i was getting kinda nervous when they kinda stopped growing. They don't hurt a thingOk, new issue. Ive been noticing alot of large green grasshoppers all over my plants. Should i be concerned? Probably not a good idea to spray insecticide on the buds. Any ideas or advice?
They are already about twice as fat as the pictures. Lol I've been buying a box of widemouth qt jars every other week for a bit now. I have 2 pair of fiskars spring loaded trimmers and a couple cheaper coated scissors. Guess i will see what works.Look fantastic. You got a long ways to go, but you'll shit when those are at full potential. They will just keep getting fatter and heavier. Hope you've invested in some comfortable trimming scissors, and a bunch of qt. jars.
Thanks, i have 2 strains. The tall ones are "grape soda" and the short ones are "death star". They were all i could get as clones. Will see how they turn out.Looking real good dude! Just keep doing what you're doing, and practice on the patience thing hard. 3-4 more weeks sounds right, but looking healthy. What's the strain?
Awesome, sounds like you have great genetics. Keep doing whatever you've been doing, and be patient. Should turn out great. Thanks, i have 2 strains. The tall ones are "grape soda" and the short ones are "death star". They were all i could get as clones. Will see how they turn out.
