Wait till they double in size before putting into 12/12. Repot soon. When you water make sure you cover the whole medium.

There is not a thing wrong with waiting for them to get bigger before flowering, as it will increase your yield. However it is not necessary. You could switch to 12/12 right now if you want because those plants will double or triple in size during the flowering stage. If you are going to move them inside you need to know what kind of space you will have to let them grow because if you let them double in size before you flower they will continue to grow and double again. So if you wait you are looking at finishing with plants that are 4X the size they are now. If you are going to replant, and if you plan on letting them get that big you should, then do it now. A move can be stressful for a plant and you don't want to start flowering a stressed out plant. So, you have a couple options... Flower now and double your plants size, replant now and wait 2-3 weeks before flowering and quadruple your plants size. The move indoors will be fine for your plant, but what type of lighting are you going to use for flowering ?

i have 2x 150w MH lights that i was planning on using for this bunch then after this lot i plan on getting a 400w HPS for flowering. but yeh that wont be until the next batch

Definately would be better with HPS, but the MH will get the job done. You are looking at probably 60-80 days of flowering, but could be a little more or a little less depending on strain, media, conditions and other factors. If it was me I would start flowering now, but like I said waiting on your plant to get bigger will increase your yields. So, I couldn't blame you if you took that route instead. Good luck and keep up the good work.

you can flower them whenever you want but if they are too young to show sex signs it'll take em a while longer to flower and will stress them some. and yes you can flower outdoor plants inside but let them veg for a week or two indoors so they can get used to the different environment before switching to flower

hey just thought id put an update of my plants, 1 of them isn't looking too good =[ any help or advice on any/all would be really helpful. anyway here they are so far! I have them under the MH lights still and 4 23w cfl's. ive been watering every 3-4 days and giving half strength nutes every other water. The ph levels have been between 6.1-6.4, humidity and temp levels not sure i need to buy testers for that. but have a fan on 30mins on 30 off for bout 10hrs a day. anything else that would help you help me just let me know

they are in an old wardobe that ive sorta customized. nah we are just getting into summer so cold temps arent really a problem at the moment haha. will running the fans longer help them? or is it mostly to keep temps down

They look ok but I would think about feeding every third time just so the nutes dont burn them or get wasted cause that is a little too much . I have a 400w and a 600w the only thing I can say is I wish I had 2 - 600w instead . the 600 is way better , plus it has a digital dimmable ballast . It just puts out waaayyyy more light which means thicker larger heavier buds and it wasn't much difference in price . But it also kicks out a lot more heat which is another thing to deal with in a small area . Nice pics .
