1st Grow Indoors can some one help with some questions?

I am growing plants indoor under LED lights but the soil and feeding are what i need to know about.
If I have planted in soil how do i change and moniter the Ph? when is best to feed and water?
What is the best light cycle for veg growth? B4 taking to the budding cycle?
