1st grow.Northern Lights auto.Any help appreciated.

Im in the Uk and I got them from Rhino seeds.I think it was £15(uk) for 3 seeds. I germinated the 3 of them but had a silly accident and snapped its stem in the first week.

I think it was probably a good thing in the end.The space I have ATM wouldve been a tight fit for 3 plants.Imgoing to convert a bedroom cupboard in the next couple of weeks and send away for more seeds.Not settled on the strain yet though.
You growing ATM??

I'm gonna buy a PH Meter tomorrow from either Ebay or in town but Im not sure about them.You can pick a relatively cheap model for around £8.00 I believe but I'm not sure how accurate they are.Will all PH meters give you true readings? Or are the cheaper ones a bit off? I really dont have a lot of cash to spend on sthing like a Ph meter so hopefully they're pretty much all not bad.

I suggest an 8 bulb 2ft. T5 florescent grow fixture. That is if you have the cash. In your space that would be the most cost effective fixture, outside of an HID or an LED. The CFLs will work, but I myself worry about wiring nightmares that having a bunch of corded CFL fixtures hanging around poses. Your fans are kind of funky too. Are they pointed down, up, or do you let them hang blowing air on your plants?

The fans are only in that position in the pictures.I have them offset now so that they are keeping the plants just cool enough.They seem to be doing fine.I am going to B&Q(a Uk hardware place) tomorrow so Im gonna get some cable tidy gear and new fixings for the lights.The whole point of this for me as well, was to do it with CFL's to see how the plants turn out so I won't be changing over to HID or LED.Thanks for the advice though.

Anyway I gave them a full Nutes feed yesterday - Flairform Greendream 1 (Veg). It says on the bottle to give normal plants 4-5ML per Gallon and I gave them 1/2 that a few days ago.So yesterday I gave them both a good water with 4ML.Soil is really damp/wet now so Im gonna leave it for 3 or 4 days at least and let that soil really dry out
So if anyone reads this,these are my Northern lights Auto's at 14 days.It's my very 1st grow so Is this a good size for them to be at, at 2 weeks old?? Any other advice or even comments on them will be amazingly welcome.I'm looking for feedback from anyone.........

I would say their at a good size. Here's a pic of my NL auto at 3 weeks old. We have a similar grow going on. Best of luck to you.

OK ground control to Major Tom we have pistols.We are in the flower stage.It's only day 24 and the plants are flowering.I really thought they'd take longer.At least another couple of 3 weeks and imo they're still a bit small.Oh well bring it on.Im starting another 2 plants next week anyway and ill never smoke all the bud from these 2 before those ones harvest.Anyway below r a couple of pics.Iv tried to get the pistols in,maybe unsuccesfully though....BTW Ive only got 6400K CFL's at the moment until I get some 2700's in a week and a 1/2 when I get paid so i REALLY hope the plants are ok flowering on them but from what I gather Auto's do well on either so if anyone reads this and has an opinion by all means share it,,,GT..............................

yeah. just a 1 plant grow of Cannatonic in a dp90 under a T5 .

she seems to love the tent all to herself..

Actually this is my 1st grow so don't have a hell of a lot to compare them to but to me they do smell a fair bit.Not overpowering but it definitely is there.Ive not got a carbon filter yet until next week so im really hoping the smell stays on the low side for the time being....I got no free seeds although I asked them about it at the time and they said you had to make a purchase of over £34.I only bought 3 NL seeds for 15 I think....
So what do u think of my 2 plants? Do they look small/ok/large for 25 days old?? I really am not suer.They actually started flowering the other day to my surprise.I though it would take at least another 3 weeks.Not complaining though,everything's a steep learning curve just now.

you first grow. great. just be careful dont take pics with disntinct buildings in the background that could give away what floor your on etc..
be stealthy and pic them with a towel or sheet against a wall or against the side of a grow tent.

they look absolutely fine.. dont fuck em up by feeding them and burning them. if they are in fresh new soil they will last almost all the way to the end .. then its time to flush anyway !
