Your plants look nice and healthy pigpen. Are you going to keep vegging and wait for that colla to grow back or will you go ahead and start flowering? I'm trying the SCROG method to get similar results without topping the main colla. I just trained my four plants today.

Ok guys so I spent 2day organizing the grow room setting up my 600 watt digital ballast to go allong with my 400 watt HTG I only have a hps bulb in it so im not sure if it will help to I switch to 12/12 in a week but.... I still have my 400 watt with a MH bulb. I toped and fimed most of my plants and left 3 with nothing dunn
Mared, tetra ,and hot house got toped, Plant doc and the others got fimed
here are some pics any idea on how long they take to grow back?

I'm confused when you ask when how long they will take to grow back when talking about topping and fimming. The parts you cut off will never grow back. Instead, the surrounding branches and leaves will receive more light and become more dominant. For example, on the plants that you topped, those last two growth tips at the very tippy top that are tiny now will become much larger and they will be your main colas rather than the single growth tip you cut off. So your plants will always grow at the same rate, you are just choosing which parts you want to grow more by eliminating the parts which impede their growth. Same principle with LST, you're bending the tops out of the way to increase light to the other growth tips. If it's confusing now, you'll see what I mean soon. Your plants will not slow down in height growth, but those top growth tips and the two below them will branch out, creating more bushiness.

Unfortunately, unless someone has identical nutes, strain, growing conditions, etc, we can't tell you. Wish it were that easy. Just step it up a small amount at a time and watch for curling leaves or rusty color spots. Keep posting pics and if something unusual pops up, just flush a bunch of plain water through followed by lighter nutes. You'll have to experiment to get it right for the environment and strain you've got. It just takes time. I would guess that 800 sounds a bit high. Wait till the leaves have a slightly yellow and dry appearance, that's when you need more nutes.

Thanks for the mared my question on how long it takes for the fim and the top ment how long till they repair them selves so that you c to main bud sights. thanks for the support guys. I think Im just going to keep my nutes at 500. They seem to be growing fast enough for me any way. Im going to start my 12/12 five days from now once I can get them into the coco bags. hows the scrog going for u msdm? also do you think if I go to 12/12 in roughly a week my plants will be big enough to produce nice size buds or should I veg longer How tall were yours when u went 12/12

Check it out, you don't want to add anything with sodium I get a little bit from the tap water I add.Say What's Up???Could You Tell Me The Down Fall's You Have Experienced, With The Silica Blast????.......& What's Up With not Using A Sodium Silicate???......

Thank's For The Info Bro!!,,,,I Run Aeroponic's In All My Phases Of Growing, When I Change All My Res.'s Every 10-Day's, I Fill With Tap-Water Ph It, Add h2o2 Then Let It Run On It's Schedule For About 36 Or So Hour's Before Adding My Nute's..For One It Give's The Chlorine Time to Evaporate, It Run's A Little Of A Flush Every 10 Day To Help Prevent Any Lock-Out..
& As Far As The Botanicare Silica Blast, I Use It In Low ppm. I Know That When I Added All The Botanicare Supplement's, Way Back When, They Have Really Helped The General Health Of My Plant's...

thanks man they are looking good. I actually am in north carolina right now had to leave them again for another whole week but I did what I did last time so they should be ok I feel like all I do is leave my girls but for some wierd reason the less I do or check on them the better they seem to do I will be going into 36 hours of darkness on this comeing tuesday.what is every ones feeling on putting the girls with some dark time do you guys do it?

I've heard a lot of people raving about this 36 hour darkness deal. My plants flowered just fine switching straight to 12/12. I'm not sure I understand the reason that 1.5 days of darkness would be good for the plants. To trigger flowering is the reason I have seen stated but 12/12 plus dropping N levels with the switch to bloom nutes is all the plants need to do that. I kept my first grow as simple as possible but you are free to experiment of course.
