1st Grow

This is my 1st grow ever. Im growing in 4 by 2" Secret Jardin grow tent. I am half way through 2nd week. I have 2 in soil and 1 in a hempy ( my prtners idea but im growing them). The 2 in soil seem to be doing fine although one is a little smal but steadily growing. The one in the hempy however has become a slight yellowish green torward middle of first true leaves and just in the middle. Been that way w/ no change for 4 days now. And I noticed 2 days ago that the 1st true leaves never split at the bottom.(dk if relevant). Wht am I doing wrong and what may I do to fix ?

Look healthy. New growth will always be a lighter green.

Is there a reason the leaves arent as perky as the plants in the soil pots ?

Yea 100% perlite. I kno alot of people use a perlite/vermaculite mix. But I read Quite a few posts that used just perlite, That seemed easies so went w/ that

what nutes? how much? how often?

The one in the perlite has had Big bloom and Grow big (fox farm Trio) during weeks one and 2 as soon as it sprouted. Thats what i was told to do with the hempy( every Morning at 1am). Since the strt of week 3 on sun, just water. The 2 in soil havent receive any extra nuits except for what was in the soil. Just water every 2-3 days. I had a couple guys tell me that its lookd like nuit burn, that maybe the soil was 2 high in nutrients. Just looking 4 others opinions
