Hello,I have a few newb questions for you guys,Ive done huge outdoorgrows(mex weed)but have little indoor exp,I just got my medcard so Im ready for some indoor.
I have 2 clones (cherry ak-47),there under 24/0 light,1 2 foot t-5 on top,2 4 foot t-8 lights on the sides,(is this enough to vegg and for how long) ,there about 8-10inch ea

Im growing in a large outdoor closet with little to no ventillion,Is this okay(I have a air purifer running)the temp is 72 with lights on ,60 with no lights,I try to open the door twice a day for venting

Do i need a 400 watt hps to flower 12/12 right

Sounds good. Hps is the best for your plant in flowering, but you can flower with cfl. Good luck.

thanks for posting back;-)got a few more Q's for you.
I just checked on them 1's is getting branches everwhere,And the other one is getting big , but burnt,Both plants have the same light .I dont no if I should move it>thats going to be a bithch to move my lights, Im worried about my room its like a vault with a steel door no way to vent but the temp is perfect,What can I do,Wheel fans work?

The plants need fresh air. Do you have a fan in there? That will help them grow strong stems. You'll have to figure out something for your light, because you have to be able to move it, to keep it the proper distance from the plants. They grow upwards - if you can't move it they'll burn.

If your only gonna open door 2 times dailey your plants will bake to death. Ive got to keep my door always open with a fan blowing in fresh air. No unless you get steady fresh air in there just go with sum good fluorescents. It only takes about 15 min with the door shut for temps to climb 10 degrees with a 400w hps. Keep light at least 2 ft away. But a fan blowing on them is very important. They cant grow and develop good stalks without air blowing on them and also prevents mold.

ill but a fan in there tonight, Im using CFL and a T5 right now, My plants are getting burnt or something tips of leaves are bronwing

Even more reason to make sure you can move them - those lights should be kept within a couple inches from your plants, always. Unless the lights are actually touching your plants, that isn't what's causing the burning.:peace:

flouros shouldn't be burning your plants i have mine about an inch away from my girls and i can touch them even after they have been on all day, are you using nutes?

thats why I was tripping, ive kept all lights 2inch away,Could the burntness be from Me leaving it out all day outside on my hot patio,
Im using Micircal grow soil,and there one Miciral grow plant food stick in each pot,Could it be from 24/0 lighting ????

You shouldn't use those plant food sticks with mary jane - she doesn't like it. That's your problem right there.
