1st or 4th week of flower, you tell me

so I understand that any plant that veges for long enough eventually shows signs of sex before flip. All mine have as they've had 14 weeks of veg! A week ago I flipped into Flower. When I flipped I had quite a bit of pre flowers, but now it's like I have full out buds already only one week in. I mean I'm not complaining just curious if this is normal for anyone? I was always under the impression that no real bud developments start until about week 3

Your plants look stressed, not experienced enough to identify the symptoms but even the new growth is hurting.

Yeah that's just the buds are forming around the old leaf so u just see some of it. The thing that's throwing me in the point of the thread is why the hell are they so big at the end of the first week flower LOL bud shouldn't start stacking on for another two weeks

Not necessarily too out of the normal, only if you had pre-flowers already I would say that is half the battle in startup (first week). Sounds like you are a week ahead roughly because I have seen solid nug formations in week 2.
