1st outdoor grow help

Hey,

Coming toward the tail end of my 1st outdoor grow.Have some White Rhino, Moby Dick,Blue Dream and Afghan Kush goin right now.They were started indoors and transferred outside the 1st week of may.Was wondering if there was any different way of telling when they r done or is it the same deal with inside, just grab the scope and check the trichomes? They are HUGE now about 9-10 ft tall and they are really starting to stink. Any info/Help from anyone who has grown these strains in the north east or is knowledgeable about outdoor grows would be greatly appreciated.I will be posting some pics in the next day or so too....Thanks

Same outside as inside. If you go by trichomes indoor do the same outdoor. If you go by look (hairs, color, ect) then go by looks. Use what your comfortable with.

thanks man...i usually use a little bit of both.Ive heard from other ppl about outside being different which got me confused.I would think it also would depend on the date they were planted and how mature they were at that time as far as a finish date...

Outdoor usually takes longer to flower outdoor than in since you are at the mersey of the sun, but the readiness of the bud is the same.

Yes, check your trichs like indoor grows. They can turn pretty fast outside sometimes so keep an eye on em. ENJOY !
