I would say your a safe bet on 3 more likely 4 more weeks. Even if you do get a frost in september it wont kill your girls. It may stop there growth for 4 hours or so, but once it warms up it will come right back into it. If you can let here go till October...I would.....I'd much reather my cannabis be overdeveloped rather than underdeveloped. If possible though, check your trichomes under a microscope....that would ultimately be your best bet as to when to pull them. Good luck and I hope this helps. Happy Harvest!

i'd consider where i live CNY. Last year I was able to leave my 5 plants out until october 25, and cut the other 2 plants november 1st. They can take a couple degrees under 32 especially with other vegetation close by.

What do you guys think about flushing around the time of an oncomeing frost? Will this fuck up my roots in the last 2 weeks?

Plants look good, I'm in NY state too, two indicas and a sativa, the sativa is seven feet tall and budding like crazy, just hoping the weather stays warm and dry for at least another month. My indicas are halfway done, put one in the ground and one in a 5gal bucket. Purple hairs are sure pretty, must be the low temps at night. The sativa buds are long and narrow but stinky, all green hairs, weird looking plant, each leaf set has only three leaves with no big fan leaves, strange looking. I'm hoping to leave them out till first or second week of october, the one in the ground I put out in april, she has survived several frosts already in april and may, she is small but buds are sweet looking and purple!

roots will stay warmer then the top of the plant, so flush away. I worry more about a light rain/drizzle that freezes on the buds in the night or early morning, supposedly next week much colder air is coming down from the north, hope this forecast fizzles. haven't checked on the ladies in three days, time to water later today, we got some rain but probably not enough to soak the buckets. my one plant in the ground has yellowjacket nest right next to it, sweet!!
