1st Outdoor weed plant grown.

Whats up everyone, ok so i gotta question. I've been growing a weed plant since I say around July 2, a good 4-5months so far. So i just need to know, whats next? I had did this just to fuck around but, im really interested on knowing actually what to do so if someone could hoook me up with a link or tell me what i should be doin, can i get a list of all the materials other than lights cause i already have, that i will be needing such as soil, etc. here is a picture
