1st plant need help!!

Ok, so i have a plant that ive been growing for about 2 months now and i can tell its a mutant for shur! but im a noobie to growing so maybe you experts can give me some killer growing tips

Currently have a show room plant light for growing, its not a growing light but its not a reg light for your house, It bassicaly said helps plants grow on the box so i bought it. I wish i could tell u more about it but i threw out the box haha. its a good distance away from my baby, like 3 feet, but the box the light came in said safe zone of heat is 2.5 feet. I havnt had any problems till recently were I can see little dimples showing up in my leafs and some tips are pointing up a little but not currling, and the lower sets are getting little yellow tips.
Ph of my water is 6.5 -6.6 from the tap which i boil and then set out for 24 hours befour use. i dont know the humidity but i have 2 cups with paper towels in them folded up like a wick half full of water for humidity. I used potting soil and peat, and wen i transplanted i added compost to the mix. Oh and the lighting is at 18-6 which i just introduced 4 days ago from its 24 hours of light ( hydro bills going up and my step parents are not aware of my baby ) and i do have a small fan for air circulation, and the temp is always between 25-32 C.
Thats all i can think of at the moment for info on my set up. Keep it Real

throw that light away!

it wastes power and gets to hot get a splitter so you can put two bilbs in one lamp and get two cfls you will get more light and use less power
in two months it should be a small bush you need better light and cfls are cheap

32c is a bit two hot but cfls will help that

what are you feeding her?

if you are serious about wanting something to smoke from that plant you need to get a different light. you might get one joint if you keep going as is.

the kind of light you want is called cfl (compact flourescent light) - its the kind with the curly bulb. if you're stuck with the one light fixture you want to get the highest wattage bulb you can find. if you can add three more fixtures then i'd go with four 23 watt bulbs.

with the cfl lights you can get much closer to the plant - a couple of inches.

I'm gunna have 2 cfl's and a splitter socket set up in there today, my partner in crime is gunna come over while im at work cooking like a mofo . how close should i move the plant to the cfl's and also when should i start feeding it nutes? its just about 2 months old.

LOL and yes im hiding it from my mom and her bf but my gf and i rent out the basement sweet and there never down here, my closet has been custome fitted jus to fit the moveable closet in my closet and then i have the clothes back up on the pole and it hides the set up and everything ill post a pic tomorrow of my stealthness. And there is ventalation for air to move in and out I dont stress it too much cuz its only one plant in there and its a large container that its in

Alright well about two inches from the cfl is good, but a good rule of thumb is if its to hot for your hand its to hot for your girl.

Ok New light all set up! i have a splitter socket with 2 cfl's which are 50/100/150 Watts. way way way brighter in there and cooler i noticed a good 8-10 deg diff and thats in C so thats a lot, gimme some feed back on the lights tho but i think im in the clear
Do u think i could start feeding it nutes yet? only thing that stops me is that i did that right way wen i planted them and nute burnd them so im a little hasty on the nutes.

I would guess not to worry about nutes yet, it should perk up with the new CFLs.
You'll be able to notice in the leaves when the soil has been sapped of nutrients, usually around 5-7 weeks for me is when I have to start feeding.

so i felt the leafs jus now before i leave for work and they feel quite dry but there still really green and lush looking, im assuming that's from my previous light? I only mist it once a day should i do more?

I think the plan needs to be watered more frequently so the water doesn't just keep sitting. Sure it's not going all the way through and going to drain it, but it's not outside and it's not 32deg Outside. I would (correct me if I'm wrong) Water it till the top is damp to the touch after a few hours (Say 500ml) and not worry if it's going to drain to the bottom. Plants are resourceful little thing, and they use only what they need. If it keeps getting at wet as it currently getting, the water is sitting and forming bacteria. Once it's big and needs every last drop, I would say hold off on mass watering.

I'm thinking almost as if I should buy some seeds online (Any suggestions would be awesome) and try it fresh this time. Have a nice seed that's near guaranteed to grow and produce a lot of bud.

I'm extremely willing to learn and any feedback for S7even and I. Thanks to those who have replied so far.

from what iv read and heard dont mist it, the water droplet magnify the light and may burn the leaves, that might be those little dots yous seeing

You can mist, up until about 2 weeks into flowering, thats when I would stop. It's good to get the water all the way through the soil. If its only in the top couple inches of soil you will have a root pancake instead of a nice deep established root system. You've recently changed your lights, you should begin to notice growth changes in your plant, keep it watered and give it a week or two, then decide on drastic changes, that plant can come around.

Thank you for the advice again GidgetGrows. I was just worried about the soil staying too damp and wet. It almost feels like clay when it's as wet as I've felt, just a precaution i wanted to address

What's the best way to help her stem get thicker. I know having the plant move through airflow should help it but how much air is too much, how much movement is too much.

Lastly If we were to start over. would it be best to plant right away into the larger pot rather than a peat-pot transplant, save the effects of shock and so forth?

go with ak-48.. good bud.. good for a noob.. get femitized so u know u not waisting your time.. that looks like a male... i would start over.. good place to get seeds u can get one at a time would be the single seed center.. iv placed 2 orders with them. both came 7 14 days.

If you have the capability to start over, and easy access to a replacement starter seed, then I would definately start over. The plant you have going will grow and turn out just fine, but if you started over you could get a much shorter, bushier, and probably healthier plant.

If your soil is a muddy clay, I would be sure to mix in some kind of perlite or something to get more air into the roots, or I would choose a different potting soil in the future.
