I would flower his plants for him. They will take forever if you leave them outside. Check real good for bugs first.

Lol.. my fault hoodthug. That's just what I hear other people refer to it as, I would just say its an unknown strain but a lot of people on riu would prob just assume its some seeds I bought and can't remember what it is , so I just say bagseed so people cam understand what I'm talking about.

Yo strainmaker I hope ur right cuz I was just thinking my plants are not gonna yield as much as I was expecting. And I also expected the smell to be stronger by now ( week 5 of flower) but I guess it is what is.

Jonny k.... That's exactly what I decided to do , I put his plants in my grow room to be flowered. I'm just Hoping for no males... But I do think I can catch a male if I see it. What scares me is a hermi plant. I worry that I will see pistols and assume the plant is female and it might b hermi and pollinate my garden.

Alright , so I forgot to tell yall that I changed around the grow room to accomodate my friends plants which I will be sexing and flowering ( I feel like somebodies gonna make a joke about me sexing my plants lol just sounds funny) but I added my flourowing 125 watt cfl grow light and two small CFL lights to the room to give the plants added light and some of that mixed spectrum that everybody raves about . But since I added the lights my grow room has risen from around 80 degrees to around 90 degrees (this is with the door closed) so my question is... Is an extra 125-175 watts of CFL worth raising the grow room temperature from the low to high 80s??? Im thinking prob not. And I should prob take the cfls down but I don't wanna neglect my friends plants and have them off in the corner in the shade while my plants get all the light. What should I do???

I also have been researching more and more on the drying and curing process.. this might be my most important question of the entire thread so please give me some advice. What is the best way to cure to get MEDICINAL quality buds??? And before somebody just posts a link up here, I have read almost all there is to read ob this , and have got a different opinion almost everytime. A lot people hang dry buds or use a paper bag or glass jars to dry and cure. But most people seem to use a combination of the 3. I personally feel like the glass jar method is what I'm leaning towards, but before the buds go into the jars should they be completely dry already??? Or just mostly dry. Should the stems b snapping b4 I put in the jar?? Does curing affect potency or only taste?? And will the curing process make my buds stink.. im in week 5 of flower now and there is only a slight smell. Granted I only have a few plants..but last time I grew 1 and the smell was the same if not worst so I thought with more plants the smell would b coming through the door, is smell an indication that my bud won't b as potent ??? And does curing enhance bud smell??

I know u have all heard of the growing technique "lst" . Well somebody asked me was I doing any lst on my white widow (I think it was bombadticson) but that made me think... And after a while of pondering, I said f*ck lst!! Lol . I did things a little different. A little something I like to call "hst" high stress training lol. I just cut off a lot of the inner fan leaves to give the inner and lower buds more light ... "Hst" simmy style lol

Sorry dude, HST is not a thing. You are just trimming for better light penetration. I think it's just called trimming. LST is a method of training the plant, not trimming it.

If your temps rose to the high 80s I would remove the additional CFLs as heat stress will negate most of the benefit of the additional lumens. Or you can get better ventilation or cooling to lower the temps so you can keep the additional CFLs, your choice.
