Nice. I did notice on one of the last pictures you posted, the cap looked bruised and soggy. How do you know what’s safe and what’s not with the blue/green colors?
Yea my biggest mushroom was pushing against the neighbor cake and that cap was a little soggy but its dried up and seems to be fine, i was under the impression that you would know immediately if your fruit was contaminated

Complete opposite of cannabis. You want to dry them as fast as possible with as little heat as possible. Put a fan directly on them or use a dehydrator on the lowest setting.

Yep that's what im doing, i choose to put them on the top of my grow light because theres a fan blowing on them and a carbon filter pulling air above. The 40 grams fresh harvest from the first cake was only 6 grams 24 hours later...
Is the pressure cooker for your own substrate?

Absolutely look into oven tek inoculation...inoculation is the biggest risk for contamination ive never used them and i dont trust Amazon shipping practices or materials handling to be any where near sterilized but it could work. You have enough spores to experiment with though pick up some jars or something its cheap bro
That's gonna be an issue right now. Especially with quarts. Looks like i will be santizing and sterilizing old jars as I've been looking out for jars for months.
