1st seedling transplant

You guys have probably heard the same thing a 1000 times over but thats kinda why im asking so, 1st seedling transplant, transfered from a jiffy pellet to a 1Litre pot with premium plus medium with about 30% perlite.

My asumption is watering my pellet the day before transplant and after transplant has thrown out the cycle also burying up to the coty leaves has caused low stress (curling and slight wilt), yellowing tips would be a low level nute burn from the rich soil.

Is there any method to avoid further harm or do i just ride it out till she addapts?

Riding, hopefully not dying. Growth is good but new and old growth still tipping with nute burn. Refraing from doing anything but stressing none the less.

No. The funerals were last week.

I have always had good luck at transplanting. It is extremely rare for one of my transplants to show any kind of shock/wilt.

My rules:
Be cool. Always transplant during the cool of the day. I prefer late afternoon, early evening.

Prep. Prep the destination pot with similar soil the day before or earlier in the day. Flood it with water so it settles and water is absorbed.

I do not water the plant before transplanting. But immediately after, I flood the crap out of it.

Keep the plant out of extreme heat/light for a day.

Best thing you can do with new seedlings is pure neglect.
Don't feed em and make em look for water

I have tested it a few times, it takes about 14 days with no food or water before they finally die off.

Don't feed it, don't drown it, and it will do fine

Its not worth the fuss anymore its taking up valuable realestate in an already small grow space growing at the same rate its dying and i cant be bothered so its worm food now.

I got 4 healthy rooted seedlings that are overtaking this thing already just gotta be sure jot to make the same mistakes.
