Your light size depends more on the size of your grow area than the total number of plants. For example, if you were to grow 10 plants and keep them really small and somewhat close together then that might be enough light. However, it is highly doubtful that you could grow ten full size plants to maturity and have them reach their maximum potential with that light. But again, it is more about area size than number of plants.
