Journaled my first tent grow. Check it out! Always looking for more tips and tricks for the next grow!

The Setup:
  • 2x2x4 tent running 1200 LED with circulating air flow.
  • Temp: 78-85 degrees F
  • RH = 45 - 70
  • Running 18/6 then 12/12 light schedules
  • Ph balanced water
  • Grown in Fox Farm OF soil, in 2 gallon cloth bags
  • Fox Farm Nutrient Trio
 
Plants being Grown:

*2- Mystery Seeds planted around beginning of June - topped 4 weeks later and given light nutrients in late July.

*2- Zookies seeds Germinated on 7/12*


*Other 2 plants in pictures (Biggest and smallest) were grown, cropped and gifted to friends who wanted to start their skill. These plants were moved during the veg process and are not accounted for in journal entries.


VEGETATIVE STAGE:

*Veg switch / light only - 18/6 light schedule


Week #1

7/14 - planted Zookies seeds in FF Happy Frog

*Water misted as needed. The 2 mystery plants have been in veg for about 4 weeks already.
Week # 2

7/21 - Water all seedlings as needed

7/26 - given less than 1/2 strength nutrients (3 Tsp big bloom, 1 Tsp grow big) / topped 2 mystery plants once more


Week #3

7/28 - Watered as needed

7/31 - given more than 1/2 strength nutrients (3 Tsp big bloom, 1.5 Tsp grow big) to all plants

8/2 - Defoliated mystery plants, topped zookie plants (1st time) and given water only to all plants

8/9- Watered as needed

8/11 - Topped and trimmed 1st Zookie plant
8/12 - Topped and trimmed 2nd Zookie plant
8/13- Given FULL strength nutrients (6Tsp big bloom, 3 Tsp grow big) to all plants, defoliated mystery plants again
8/16 - Watered as needed

8/19 - Watered as needed, began to tie most mature plants branches down to screen.

8/21 - Trimmed some fan leaves off of all plants, watered as needed

8/23 - Given nutrients (3 Tsp grow big, 3 Tsp big bloom)

Week #7 - FINAL WEEK OF VEG - WATER ONLY

8/25 - Trim and prune away non canopy fan leaves

8/27 - Watered only

8/29 - Last veg defoliation of all plants, secured branches down w/ zip ties

Week #3
9/15 - Both zookies, removed from the tent and put outside to finish flowering outdoors to try and maximize space. Mystery plants continue to be LST as they grow.

9/16 - Fed plants. Beginning to see some noticeable bud sights:

9/22- Plants show good canopy growth after defoliation. Buds starting to develop:

10/13 - Plants are being fed decreased nutes and ph water for this whole week. Next week will start flushing.
Plants are starting to put on more and more weight each day.
