What issues are you going to run into if I doesn't work they refund your going to need new bulbs eventually only other issue is ballast or some other electrical issue witch is unlikely but you will make your money back with anything on Amazon from reputable seller .

I would get two 315 Cmh vivosuns with bulbs for 200 to 250 each off Amazon then get ducting and vent fan and carbon filter you can make a diy one for under 100$ if your handy also a small dehumidifier and humidifier would be very beneficial. Also you have medium amendments and or nutes .
Thanks. What are your thoughts on the heat from the two? It's in a 5x5. I've actually thought this route too. I've seen dual bulb CMH's.... thoughts?

Thoughts on a Vivosun 630 CMH? Over the two 315's?

Scrap that Extrasun bullshit and get Hortilux bulbs. My local hydro store charges 75$ for 1000w Hortilux hps or mh
I also use 315W Cmh with Phillips bulbs in veg. They are very nice for smaller plants, not as much coverage and penetration as a 1000w. If you can do the 1000 they will be bushier and allow you to grow larger plants and also a cheaper setup than cmh, but the cmh like I said are good for smaller plants and cheaper cost to use and last longer. It's all up to you but I would not waste my time with anything but Hortilux 1000's

Upon a closer look I think you could improve on these things cost wise:
My local grow store charges 100$ for a 1000w Hard Core switchable ballast brand new with 2 year warranty.
There are more expensive options but for me this is the most efficient for me, it's up to you though. I don't see the need for dimmable ballast. 300$ is a hefty price when you can get it for 100$ and use the cost elsewhere. 200$ savings.
That PHAT jet fan is priced 178$ with amazon prime free shipping. Save $41
The scrubber on amazon for 137$ with free shipping Save 15$
6" inch ducting on amazon with Clamps 17$: Save $10 bucks
This is the part I don't understand. The shade Eco Wing is a CMH hood but you have 1000w bulbs and ballasts.
Either way you can get hoods for 52$ on amazon, save $10

So in total filling your cart up on amazon with the exact same stuff not including the ballast would save you $70. If you go with the hardcore on amazon for $110, in total you would save $280 bucks to get nutes and dirt and stuff.

So far I'm surprised at the quality very frosty just waiting for them to swell and harvest to see if they are fluffy or dense first run with the 315 and blurple .

Buy some stuff off the local guy to keep him on your side but get the pricey items online. Amazon.ca is good for free shipping through the Post Office and I've been getting my stuff pretty quick. Recently got a VivoSun 8" inline fan with built in speed controller for $110 I believe but the neck is only 7 5/8" so the plastic adaptor won't fit without going all Red Green on it. Not a huge deal but annoying. Some weather stripping around the neck end to build it up then a ring of Gorilla tape around the seam will seal it up good.

Going to order a countertop distiller that can be used for alcohol too so should also work for naphtha as I have lots of pot to process into RSO and don't want to be wasting a lot of solvent. Holds 4L so the same capacity of my DIY still which is a lot of fussing with to run batches thru.

$1000 isn't much to play with starting out.

1000$ is alot to some ppl to start out when you can get it for almost less then half price from online instead of the hydro supplier really why would you need to have him on your side I only purchase emergency equipment from any local store like bulb nutrients or something along those lines.

Ok..... so looks like I'll be buying online. Next.... which lighting should I use? Considering my conditions. I'm now leaning towards CMH. Which size for my situation? Would I only need the CMH throughout the complete plant life? I see 315 and 630. Also thoughts on heat issues?
