1st time cloning questions!

i cut some clones from my mother plant and they've been in my cloning dome for about 2 weeks. I noticed roots coming out the bottom of the rooting cubes but on some of the clones the roots are popping up to the surface of the cube there not growing down. is there something i did wrong? on about 2 of them they come out the top then curl back down into the cube. 3 of them have perfect roots directly at the bottom. so im just concerned as to when i should plant them. i want to plant all of them today and get them started! i know im gonna do the 3 that look great but idk about the others please give me some advice. i can upload pictures if you need to physically see the problem to diagnose.

I'd just bury a little extra stem so that the roots have room to go down. Just plant em, nature will take care of the rest.

As long as you see roots at the top, bottom or sides of the cube you
could transfer to soil etc....no prob.

I can keep them in that tray under minimal light untill those girls are pushing themselfs out of the tray

I've only grown soil a few times but had my best success when I used about 40% perlite mix and started in small pots and worked up . To larger and also careful to not over water those cents you have them rooter plugs . G/l

Yeah i know i water every 5 days maybe or when the pot is super light and yes i need more perlite in my soil. I have happyfrog soil so its like 15% perlite not sure. Thanks for the tips though
