1st Time Grow Bagseed CFL's

So this is my first grow and I'm growing in a cabinet using CFL's and soil. I started three seeds about 3 weeks ago and only one sprouted (due to either over watering, or bad seeds). My plant is now 18 days old and is growing well. I have had some minor issues as you will see in the pictures below with leaves curling and drying, but it seems to be getting better. I will tell you about my setup though.

Plants: 6
Strains: unkown, but 4 of one and two of another
Age: one is 18 days, the other five are 1-2 days
Soil: MG moisture control Ph~6.9
Lights: CFL's, two 42W 2700K, two 30W 6700K, one 13W 2700K
Lights on 24 hrs
Watering: as needed
Ph: 6.8-6.9
Fert: none for now as the soil has some added
Temp: ~30.3*C
Humidity: 27%
Plant Height: 8 cm

I have been having some issues with Temperature and humidity, but am looking on changing to a slightly larger place so that i might be able to get an HID because i know i will not have nearly enough light. Here are some pictures of my biggest and all the other little babies.

I will try to keep updating frequently as these plants grow, but comments/help is greatly appreciated to help me turn these babies into some dank bud.

Pictures
1. This was taken on my phone, so not too god quality, but is my plant 11 days old.
2. This is my plant 13 days old.
3. Another view, but still 13 days.
4. 17 days, now you can really start to see some of the cupping.
5. Another view, more cupping.
6. 18 days the cupping got a bit better, but there is some wilting, and curling under. Leaves no longer feel dry though.
7. Here are three seedlings 1-2 days each the same strain as the larger plant.
8. Two seedlings of a different strain, both 1-2 days old.

Well that's all i have so far, but cheers!:hump: Lets hope these babies are girls!

They're looking pretty good. You might try putting them on 18/6. I like to give them a chance to rest a little. Lots of humitity and a good fan. They like lots of humitity when young.

Looks good man, keep on growing. However, if you're already investing money and putting in the effort, just buy some real strand, bagseed bud isn't worth the effort usually.

Best of luck!

I was thinking about buying a strand, but there were just too many choices haha, and i didn't know how safe it was and everything. This is my first grow though so I'm ok with bagseed, I figured that i would probably kill some plants too, and didn't want to waste money because of making stupid mistakes, but i think next time i will for sure buy a strain. I've been looking at several online.

Ok so i ran into more space issues and decided to split my grow into different sections. I am doing two plants 12/12 from seed, to get a first yield quickly, because I'm curious as to how well it will work, and so i can figure out how i will do my next grow. The plant i vegged for 3 weeks is also in 12/12 lighting. I have 6 more plants in my original space that will veg for longer, i might put them in 12/12 soon though because i will start a new grow in the fall with a chosen strain when i have more space and an HID. Two of the seedlings have stretched quite a bit, but i will bury the stem when i transplant. The plants are in the dark for 5 more hours, however i will post pics when they are back in the light. I also fixed my temp problems, but humidity is still low, so I'm thinking of sticking a humidifier next to the intake or something... any suggestions?

Well i couldn't let myself go through with putting the plants under 12/12 yet so they are all under 18/6 and i have added two more plants to the grow. So far the largest plant is 26 days old and growing strong with a thick stem and no problems showing. I have 6 more plants of that same strain either a week old or 3-4 days old. A few of the six are showing signs of being close to nute burn so i am being very careful with my watering. These all appear to be primarily sativa, however the other two plants at 7 days are definitely mostly indica. I got the humidity up to around 60% and the temp is running anywhere from 72.2-79.6*F. One of the sativas has actually skipped its 3-leaf set and gone directly into its 5-leaf set. I will try to show get a good picture later, but for now here is what i have.

Nice. I just started my grow also. I started this past saturday. I have three seeds from an unknown grow source, but all three cracked open yesterday. I just brought the pots and medium mix yesterday. I can't wait until they break out from the soil.....sweet....

I transplanted the big plant into a 3.5 gal bucket with a whole in the bottom, and my plant had some very solid root structure. It made me very happy to see the roots because they are covered by dirt normally so you only get to check the health of half your plant. I also transplanted another seedling into a larger container, the largest of the group. I plan on putting these plants into 12/12 soon because of height restrictions. I am also thinking of topping the plants, but i heard this is bad during flowering. Should I LST? is this a better method for height control, and if so how do i do it? I will update pics later.

So on the 2nd I decided to switch 4 of the plants into 12/12, the largest two, and the two of the other strain. Still no signs of sex. I left the 5 smallest ones in 18/6 and transplanted them into larger pots. One died unfortunately because i didn't give it enough water before i left for the 4th, but the other 4 are good except for one leaf, which is turning yellow on half of it. Not sure what is causing it, but I'm a little worried about it. Any ideas as to why it is turning yellow like this?

So out of the four plants i have flowering i had to kill off one male today, I'm lucky though, and it was only one of the indicas. The other indica looks as though it is female, i'm like 90% sure it is. Then the two sativas, the smaller one is showing absolutely no signs yet, but the larger plant kind of is starting to look female to me and I really cant tell, but I'm hoping. The other four are still vegging and looking great except for a little stretching. I'm still looking into getting an HPS but it will be a couple weeks before i will have the room so im still waiting. Well that's all for now time to go smoke some weed and play with my garden.

Well yesterday, in the 4 plants vegin' I saw some roots coming through the bottom of the pots, so I transplanted them all into larger ones. I am switching those into 12/12 lighting either tomorrow or the day after, basically as soon as I fix all the light leaks.

Out of the 3 I have already flowering in another room, the largest plant, which I have named Elinor, appears to be female. One of the Indicas was male and i cut it down, but the other is definitely female, her new name has yet to be decided. Any suggestions? The smaller Sativa is still showing no signs. :?

Sorry I don't have a good way of getting close up shots of the plants, but i am working on it.

Anyway I do have some pictures but only of the plants in veg i will get photos of the others later tonight. All the plants in veg are a little more than 4 weeks now. One is also beginning to show what look like female prebuds!:hump:

Well here are the photos
1) The largest still in veg (the one i think is showing prebuds).
2) This plant is the most compact out of the four.
3) Same plant, different view.
4-6) These are different shots of the same plant, the one that seems to be losing pigmentation on about half of a leaf. Any ideas as to why?
7) The tallest of the four, but the one with the least nodes. I'm thinking probably male, or just a lot of stretching, but I think I'm gonna name her hope, and hope my ass off she is female.
8.) Same plant, different view.
9) So I noticed this a while ago, but two of my plants have four leaf sets. WTF is up with that? Maybe just bad genetics? I mean another plant is losing pigmentation, what is going on here?
10) I decided i would throw a picture of the roots in there too.

Well that is all i have for now, but i will post pics of the ones flowering later. Cheers!:joint::mrgreen:
