Alright guys so this is my first real attempt to grow. Any input is quite welcome. I am especially looking for help regarding a feeding program or any common mistakes or advice. I am mainly trying to grow organically. No nasty chemicals please. That being said here is what I have going so far;
I started the germination of 2 seeds; a Skunk #1 auto from Sensi Seeds and an Original Amnesia auto from Dinafem on a thursday, so its been just over 2 weeks technically. I germinated via moist paper towel and ziploc baggie. After the skunk started showing its taproot i transplanted both directly into the containers I planned on growing them in. The containers are 2 5 gallon buckets stacked and filled with soil. The top had a hole cut out and a netti pot and the bottom bucket acts as a reservoir. Inside the bucket I used a 50/50 mix of 2 soils pictured here and a little bit of granite dust sprinkled in.
So below are a few pics of the girls from when they popped out to just earlier this evening.
As the pics show the skunk is looking great but the amnesia looks stunted with some discoloration. One thing I noticed is that the amnesia's soil could have been waterlogged( the top layer was always damp, whereas the skunk's soil was drying out noticeably)
the temp has been right aroung 70 and humidity was about 50, but dropped to 40~ the last couple days.
thanks for stopping by and happy easter
