First thing I would recommend is that when you start seeds start them in their own individual pots.

Tried uploading a video but it wont allow it.-. Ill post more pictures soon as i get home
How do you plan on transplanting those? That isn't enough medium for even a single plant once they get growing by the looks of it. As was already said, plants should be in their own containers.

What's your plan overall? Indoor or outdoor?

- Medium
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Nutrients you'll use
- Lighting
- Ventilation
- How long will you veg?

Do you have a pH pen? Are you using tap water?

I saw your question about pot size. I veg for eight weeks. After the third week, I transplant from my starter 1/2 gallon pots to their final three gallon pots. Some prefer larger pots, for me, the three gallon hold up well for the full grow.

Here's a decent site for beginners to begin their research: https://growweedeasy.com

Like xtsho says, each plant needs its own container. You won't have room for the plants the way you have them and the roots will tangle up and make them hard to transplant later. If those blue things are fertilizer spikes, I'd recommend against them. If you can get a basic nutrient line, it's easier to learn and manage.

Got the buckets ready w alot more soil here i was just getting them started but I definitely do need to transplant them soon before the roots starts to intertwine. Yikes

They'll be ok for awhile. They seem spread out enough so that you can just scoop them out before they get too big. I wouldn't screw with them right now. Many people use dixie cups but I like to use small nursery pots to start seeds in.

You mentioned against the blue sticks? Is it bad for them? I plan on just growing them for a few weeks in this pot and later switching to buckets. For water ive been boiling water since a friend recomended that but i have little info i just threw the seeds into damp napkins and soon as i saw them sprouting i put them all in the pot. Didnt think much of it till i came back to them and they seem to be growing good. Ive been using just an LED strip in purple color as light source that my brother installed in my apartment and it seems to be working welli thought it was funny but ill make sure i get a proper setup so they can really grow to their best potential
