1st Time Growing/Grow Room

I'm a newly certified Medical Marijuana card holder and I am in the process of setting up a grow room. I have read through a lot of threads and watched several videos, but I would like some feedback to let me know if I am heading in the right direction.

I have already divided my space into three different rooms. Scrubbed and cleaned them, and have two of the rooms completely plastic wrapped/sealed. I have a carbon air filter set up in the flowering room.
I plan on running 8 1000W NextGen Ballasts in the flowering room and 4 1000W Ballasts in the Veg room on timers. I plan on using Digilux 1000W Enhanced Blue Spectrum HPS bulbs in the flowering room and using Hydrofarm Radiant 6in AC reflectors.
This is my first time doing anything like this so I just wanted to make sure that I am using the correct items.

The flowering room i plan on running 4 ballasts using the 1000W 4200K Universal BT37 MH bulbs.

I want to make it so I have a steady assembly line of production and will be harvesting every few weeks, and am hoping that this set up would be able to handle around 90 plants at different stages of production.

Any incite would be great and feedback/suggestions would be much appreciated.

this would be a huge mistake 4200 K is almost useless. You want 6500 K, more pricey but when your growing money trees, so what.

i agree with frmrboi on the temp range. but other than that jesus dude. you trying to go big business in the MJ Game. that sounds like it could do atleast 90 plants depending on the hight you let them reach. i'd suggest keeping the plants shorter to make better use of the lights your going to have. ether that or bending over tall plants so you have less wasted light.

my insight. if you wana stay legit cuz of that medical it isnt gunna hold up if cops come 90 plants under 1 script they would just laugh and rip up 84 of those plants, depending on wht ur county allows. if you wanna be legit about it get as many other copies of scripts from people u know and post them in your grow rooms. that way if anyone does come you can call yourself a caregiver and get off the hook. i only have 8 plants and 3 scripts. but im a paranoid stoner lol
set up looks good tho. investing a hell of a lot of money for a first grow tho. but hey if you pull it off more power to you man.

yeah I will have all the necessary documents and have 5 patients....just want to keep it under 100 for the federal regulations

sounds like it should work out good then man. and ya just remember 6500k for veg
22-2700 for flowering.

Not at the moment I am sure I will have plenty in the future was just making sure i was off to a good start! thanks for the help

ya sounds awsome man, everyone who has posted def. gave u some good advice.. going big bro i like it! lol..

-i use a 1000watt MH with a 7200k spectrum for VEG
-i use a 1000watt HPS with a 2000k spectrum for FLOWER
-for small veg/cloneing i use CFLs or T5s that are the 6500k spectrum

Hope that helps. if i were you id start off with soil just to get the hang of things. Make sure you have a grow plan all layed out.. last thing you want to do is get caught up with too many plants or off cycle etc etc

Gibbs brought up something important your missing in your system, your plant nursery for clones &/or seedlings.

ya in ur situation considering ur doing a really big perpetual grow you might want to look into four 4' T5 tube sets.. they cover 2'x4' i believe

whats up kuufer, any new news?

Well it has been awhile, but the room/rooms are complete and currently i have 72 plants going, and 15 flowering, the rest are veggin'. I will try to get some pics up for everyone. I ended up going with the 1000W Nextgen ballasts, XXXL Sunmaster hoods, and some digilux bulbs for the flowering, and different HPS for the veggin.

However currently I am having trouble keeping my digilux bulbs working. So Far 6 of 8 have burnt out, but the company has replaced them. Has anyone else had any problems with this???
