1st time growing indoor need help!

hi guys i just need help growing indoor...i need good female seeds and a plant that yields alot and is potent but wont get to tall? also what things do i need to start growing? how dose miracle grow soil work? what fertilizers or nutrients do i need? how do florescent lights work? just trying to write a list of things to buy to start.

How big are u planning to grow in also? Some CFL'S are good Light and Do not produce much heat @ all i run with 3 6500k CFL's

Welcome to RIU to the both of you!! =)

if your wanting to do flourecents go with t-5's best flouro you can use but any shop t-12 bulb would work cfls are another great and convienient way to grow as in my journal below in my sig i used to have some flouro tubes but changed to a more smaller enclosed area chk it out!! =) get an idea of what you want browse this forum people on here are fucking creative youd really be suprised in what you can grow in and still have good results. you might want to do a real quick rough draft drawing of what your wanting of the space you have and what you want and how you want it set up get some measuring tape take some dimensions then go shopping just a tip =)

soil is foxfarm hands down its a lil more expensive then MG but deff prob the best a majority either use fox or make there own! i personally am too cheap and had to go with MG at the time of my start which isnt bad to start with but im upgrading to fox for transplants. MG has been known for "bad grows" people can grow in it just fine =) ive had ph problems with it being too high but vinegar will help with that make sure you go ORGANIC! you will be thankful you did! =)

if I just log onto a mechanics forum and ask what do I need to to buy and how does this work, blah, blah, blah.

I'm sorry the best advice I can tell you is to go to your local bookstore or library and get yourself a book on how to grow indoors.

Growing plants, especially weed. Takes practice, homework, patience, and money.

I can help you if you had at least some knowledge on how it all works.
But to start from scratch, your better off reading a book.
