i put the plastic up at night only because there is a 6 hour period where the veg light is on, and flowering light is off.

There is a fan in both areas.
The fan is all i have been using when it comes to ventilation.
so I hope this will be fine.

I just went in there and it was 28 degrees.
The black plastic is really making it much hotter.
I have put the other fan on them and have opened 2 out of the 3.
I also left the door open and will close it soon.
It has gone down to 26 degrees so far.

by the way here are the sizes of my plants at day 3 of flowering.
plant 1: 40cm
plant 2: 30cm
plant 3: 27cm

Week 1 Flowering:D:D:D:D

Well today I came home and saw that my 250 watt CFL and the ballast and all has arrived!
I also switched my rooms around so my floweirng is by the door so it wont get so hot and humid.

After everything was re-done, I topped my plants for the first time!
I put the topped plants into sum rooting compound n am trying to grow them under my light.

I will show you pictures of the toppings in a week and youll see if it worked out or not.

BTW my 3 white widows didnt work out:(:(:( I wasnt able to give them the attention they needed. better luck next time:(

My tallest plant is @ 47cm now:D

well i'm in my 1st week of flowering, if you read my earliest posts.
My plants are as little as 12" aka 30cm
My 2nd biggest is around 13" aka 32cm
My Biggest is @ 47cm

I added another airpump with dual air pumps.
So I have a total of 5 Air Stones, and 3 pumps.
:D

two 2" air stones
two 8" air stones
one 4" air stone

havnt updated for a while.
2morro will be my 2nd week flowering, but I won't be able to get pictures or see my plants for another week!

so when I get back, they should have great improvment, hopefully some buds will start to form!!:D:D:D:D


They are looking so healthy.

I have 2 fans now, 1 on the ground, 1 on a wall, circulating the air 24/7.

I have 3 air pumps.
one dual pump and 2 one pumps.

I have 5 air stones total.
two 8"
one 4"
two 2"

They are all running 24/7



Next time you see my plants will be around the third week of flowering!!

I'm also interested in hearing more about the 150w CFL and its performance. What are the dimensions of the fixture? I know its not for sale anymore, just curious.

Must of got busted or some shit, damn I wanted to follow this journal to see the outcome but it looks like there will be none, I guess I should pay more attention to the thread/post dates before I go reading through any journals, how disapointing.

Thanks I needed that, your picture is crap but looks like you did well for your first grow, good shit, have you started on your second grow yet, or did you take any clones?

PS: Was this hole grow strictly CFL?

No I havn't started my 2nd grow yet.
I have been trying to make my own bubbleponics system.
I have everything,. just the manifold is being gay. and nothing is getting wet on its own, so I havnt started yet.
No I didnt take clones.

Yes this was all CFL.

Veg was 150 Watt CFL.
Flower was 4 42 watt cfls


I am upgrading my 4 42 watt cfls for flowering to 1000 watt HPS. I plan to see muchhh bigger nugs, all throughout the plant.

AWESOME! again good job, I have more hope with my cfl grow now, I also plan on getting an hps system, saving for it as we type.
