1st time hydro

i just need to get some tips on growing hydro this is my first time growing period so im a noob my plants are 10 days old they are reall tall but not much leaf production im using dyno-gro the main thing its that i don't know when to change the nutrient supply. Dyna-gro comes in three different part one of the its dyna-bloom and the other one its dyna-flower any sugestions will be greatly appreciated will be posting a diary soon. STAY HIGH

HELP!

I just finished transplanting one of the babies and i heard some of the roots brake off the plant its 10 days old would there be any permanet damages?

i just started a new cycle of 24 light day with the flood and drain system i flood every 4 hours i don't know if thats too much but thats what i was told pic will be available real soon just need some time. im open for any sugestions THANKS
