1st time indoors

this is my first time growing indoors here are my babies 8 days old. how do they look? i have flourescents right now but i plan on getting a 400w hps in a week or two. any tips or tricks? i am using 24\7 lighting.

I'd say the plants are in too much of an open space. Heat is crucial at this stage. There are a few good ways to build a small EFFECTIVE growbox if your interested.

im not sure of the strain.i got them from a friend he said the seeds came from some bubblegum nuggz or something. and i can control mt heat w/ a little heater.

too much heat is a bad thing.... i live in a cold climate and need a heater to keep the room at 70 degrees farenheit or 21 celcius....the heater only kicks in if it drops below that..... usually when the lights are off

i think your plants look fine - about the heat thing - just monitor your temp. with an HID light 24x7 i doubt not enough heat will be your problem. but as other have stated if you live in a cold climate, keep an eye on your night time temp when you switch to 12/12
