1st time need help - Time to flower!

Hey guys,
Im just about ready to start flowering my plant, but i have a few questions. Its only the one plant, and so far i have done things totally organically. I have been using bat Guano tea for fertilizer every other time i water, and things appear to be growing great. I'm going to start flowering over the next few days but have a few questions if anyone could help :)

1) I heard different Guanos do different things. I have a high nitrogen guano that i have been using for vegging, but now need a high phosphorus fertilizer for flowering. What options are there? I would like to keep the process organic but am welcome to non organic options also. I live in the UK so if anyone from this side of the pond has had any luck on the high-street, or knows of a good fertilizer i can use that is easily available from B&Q or homebase, i would love to know about it.

2) As i said, im only growing a single plant and so far am just using CFLs. In total it is receiving 120 Watts (there closer towards orange/red light than the standard warm white category that most CFLS fall into), should this be sufficient for flowering?

3) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rootgrow-Mycorrhizal-Fungi-150-grams/dp/B0040U6CK8/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1335880560&sr=8-5 :
I have just read up on this and heard its effective. Is this something i should be looking at now for flowering? Ive heard it should be applied when re potting a plant. This is not an option for me, so i was wondering if there are any other methods of applying it, and if its worth buying at this stage ?

4) My final questions links again back to lighting. How far from the plant do i want the light when i slam her into 12/12? So far i have been altering the light position as necessary but not sure if this should be carried through to flowering?

Strain : Killer skunk (sativa/indica)

Cheers people, any help would be much appreciated

congrats on flowering! i'm also doing a single plant grow, i switched into flowering two weeks ago...

i can't answer all your questions, but i can help with a few...

1) i dunno bout guano....
2) On my grow the day that i switched into flowering i changed my bulb setup to include a little more soft-white..
anyways, it's like this.. 1 - 45 watt 6500k 45
2 - 27? watt 2700k 54
2 - 23 watt 6500k 46
so i have about 145 watts.... but damn they are growing ok, they are surrounded by mylar so there is little waste...
mine are flowering good with ~150 watts, i just don't use too much CFL soft-white because i want my buds compact
and it seems to me that softwhite makes stems grow more.. so i just use 2 med watt softwhite
3) I try not to do too much down below around flowering, i don't wanna shock her or stress her in anyway... but i'm not a
full blown pro like other folks here... My thought process is, that's the roots and that's my failsafe if i ruin stuff up here,
most of the time stuff down there(roots) save from learning experiences =S
That being said though, it sounds like it'd be a great idea to give the roots a boost, so i dunno, man.
4) I keep my lights about 3inches away, at least in the morning. If you have growth like me they will stretch up a bit, and hopefully
by the end of the 12 hour cycle should be 2 inches away, at which point i raise my lights so she'll have a new goal at sunrise.

I'm still learning, so take this with a grain of salt. Good luck

Cheers man that clears some of it up, and tbh its good to hear from someone in a similar position to me, where its trial and error and not a routine that people have developed with experience. + rep :)
