1st time trying to do a serious grow.

Aite peoples, here is where I’m at. In a 3x3 reflective tent by topogrow. A Higrow 600w led. With 3 babies 5days old sprouting in Foxfarm ocean forest. I’m struggling to maintain humidity and temp. I’m trying to find a sweet spot of ventilation to keep it all at but my exhaust fan is a 4in with carbon filter that is like too strong. If I have it on long, it pulls the humidity down very low(16-20s%). I keep low side vents open to allow venting the temp without the fan on. I was advised to dome them to keep their relative humidity which seems to work but I can’t monitor what the actual % is. The clear plastic domes on them get foggy tho. I started the plants in plastic red cups. I put a good amount of holes in the sides and bottom so I think it’s venting the soil well, however I only watered them twice and I’m being kinda light on the water IMO. The soil has remained moist since day 2 when I last watered. They look good, one is growing much bigger than the others. Is there a smart way to keep humidity steady? A problem I think for me is that my light has its own cooling fan that I think is removing extra moisture. I put a bedside cool mist humidifier in there but it’s not doing what I expect. I might be doing a bad job placing my little sensor too. It was cheap but I expect it to be fairly accurate regardless. If I use a small desk fan for exhaust, would that be sufficient? So it don’t pull to much air. Heck, do I even need to worry about exhaust at this point or at all with the tent size? Please any advice is appreciated. Get a fan speed controller off Amazon for $10 and dial your 4” exhaust fan down to 50% power. I had the same issue with a similar sized setup, the speed controller did the trick.
Even tho it has an inline speed controller? I can further weaken power w/an add on ? Hmm.

For humidity monitoring you can get a humidity sensor you can check on your phone. I like this one because it graphs the history of your humidity and temps for weeks. 40 bucks might be pricey
