This is my first time indoors and wanted to see what you all thought. Its bag seed (since its my first try). I am 4 days into flowering and I am real excited as both look real good to me. Its been 81 days from the time of germination but i had some serious lighting issues that I had to over come. I am a little worried by the 3rd pic and just wondering if its normal for the upper portion( please tell me it will grow into a single massive kola) start turning upwards like that. Any input is greatly welcomed but be nice as I am a n00b.

Those are some very healthy looking plants bro. Obviously, they could have used more light, but the color and condition of the leaves is just about perfect. Don't worry about the upper portion of that one plant. It's the result of a genetic abnormality and should not have any impact on the quality or quantity of your harvest. Keep it up!
Looks excellent, especially for first time go @ it! You say you're 4 days into flowering... May I ask, did you flush your plants with clean water?
If not you should, when you switch to flowering you should flush them w/ regular water to clear out the old Nutes & then after they've been flush you can switch to your bloom Nutes.

a lot of people seem to have success with fox farm nutes...but u might also wanna look into adding molasses to the mix as well...it will help get ur buds grow full...as for the vertical leaf growth...i was just thinking...maybe the light isnt close enough and the leaves are reaching for the light? is it the only plant doing that?
I have read a little about the fox farm nutes but there are a bunch of different kinds. I have also read about the molasses and I think this is the way I want to go since I have been all organic up to this point.
As for the turning upwards I too wondered if the light wasnt close enough. This is the only plant that is doing this and it is about 5-6 inches away from the HPS lamp. Also this turning upwards didnt occur until I moved into flowering stage and switched from MH to HPS lamp.
I did have another question for you all since you have already been so helpful. Is it safe to trim off some of the fan leaves so that some of the lower budding spots get more light? Or does it even make a difference?

i personally would avoid trimming if u can...thats how the plants get energy from the light...they absorb it thru the leaves. now, if ur fan leaves on top are so big that the leaves on the bottom dont get any light u may wanna tie them back with some string or something...but i wouldnt cut any of them...the less stress to the ladies the better they will do

yours are gonna be biguns also. Looks like a sativa dominant you got....gonna explode when you flower. You're gonna need some support for those babies when they blow up.

The consensus among the experts is to avoid trimming any leaves unless more than 50% of it is dead. So if it's a healthy leaf that you want to move to expose more of the undergrowth to light, you're better off gently bending and/or tying it rather than cutting it off.
Once again I thank you all for your input and I think I will try tying some of the upper nodes to allow for more light to the lower nodes. I would go the path of adding some CFLs but my space just doesnt have the room any more (these baybees are getting huge).
I have also opted on trying some FF Big Bloom for nutes in order to try and produce more yield rather than keeping them organic. I have read some wonderful reviews of the FF BB and was wondering if any of you have used it in the past.

I use the FF line, including BigBloom, and have been very happy with it. Keep in mind that BigBloom on it's own is not a suitable fertilizer. It must be used in conjunction with GrowBig for the veg phase, and TigerBloom for the flowering phase. It does contain a very light dose of NPK, but it is mainly a growth catalyst and enhancer, and not a stand-alone nutrient solution.
