1st Timer - Pictures of flowering sativa

I inherited a plant that was just starting to flower (around September 1st in New England) from a neighbor who was spooked about authorities.

I'm a first timer and haven't seen much weed growing up close. My plant seems to be sativa dominant and is tall (about 5') and NOT VERY DENSE. Buds are coming in about 15-20 different places but they don't seem to be filling out the plant. Plant has been flowering about a month now and there seem to be plenty of crystals forming on the buds. They just don't seem to be growing into anything that resembles pictures I have seen of flowering plants.

Can anyone tell me if these buds will fill in more or what I am looking for next? I know I still have plenty of time to go because virtually ALL of the trichs are still crystal clear.

The second picture is a close-up of the same bud in the first.

Thanks a bunch.

Sativas can really flower for a long time. Up to around 16 weeks. So being that you are only 4 weeks in you got a long ways to go. They look fine to me, as long as you keep her healthy and she gets plenty of light they will fill out.

Yeah, long way to go.

Take a couple clear pics of the whole plant.

From what I can see, she looks healthy. What are you feeding her?
