its a tradeoff. a 300 is more efficient in terms of lumens/watt so you'll get more light overall but two 150's are more flexible for moving around a grow space so you can get the light to where you want it.

How much môre effecient is the 300?right now im running 2 150 hps and a 70 watt hps inside a home made hood .do you think the seventy watt even helps?all info appreciated

the 300 is about 15% more efficient than two 150 watt lights.

sure, the 70 is helping

great looking plant. looks like your pic got an interference pattern with your lights. try moving the plant out of the grow space for pics.

Why not just hav 2 diffrent rooms and keep 3 or 4 plant in flower all the time..Thats what I plan on doing with my 1500 watt lights good luck!!!!!!!!!
