2-3 week old seedlings diagnosis

Got some g13 afghan skunks seedlings turning yellow and sickly looking. They are in canna terra and havent had any nutes just watered with great white myco powder, i thought maybe root rot but have only given them their 3rd water just before writing this post so am assuming some sort of pest. Ive done nothing different than i usually do and they are growing amongst cbd ghandi, purple og kush, shit and ortega which are all showing early signs of the same thing. Given everything a neem foliar. Any thoughts or advice? bugs? lack of fert?

Keep the watering even . Idk but more frequently light watering rather than soak seedling and then bone dry would of been better imo

Nothing should get bone dry especially young root systems imo

ok, this wouldve been their third water since being germd seeds into soil. the second was with great white myco which is supposed to be good against root rot so i sort of rulled that out.

The roots seem okay at first glance, two days ago looked perfect. I wouldnt say bone dry but i left them an extra day as an experiment. Any suggestions going forward?

Feed em. That's nitrogen deficiency, and turning into others as well.

Also I feel like your overwatering. I can see surface soil algae growth in a few of your pics.

awesome thx guys, have had a few suggestions to feed and will water less heavy in future.
